Chofski Consulting
Questions

The things people usually ask.

If yours isn't here, a short call is the fastest way to an honest answer.

How do you usually start with a new client?

With a conversation, then an audit. I want to see how the work actually moves through your studio before I say anything about what to change. The first call costs you nothing but an hour.

Is this AI consulting?

No. It is operational consulting, with AI as one of the tools available. I diagnose the workflow first. Sometimes the fix is structural, sometimes it is AI, usually it is both, in that order.

Do you work on retainer or per project?

Both, depending on what the work needs. Some engagements are a defined piece with a clear end. Others are an ongoing relationship. I will recommend whichever actually suits the problem, not whichever bills longer.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It varies with scope. An audit and diagnosis is usually a few weeks. A build runs longer. I would rather scope it honestly on a call than quote a number that sounds tidy and turns out wrong.

What size of team is this for?

Most of my work is with studios and agency teams of roughly twenty to two hundred people. The principles travel beyond that, but that is where the operational friction I work on tends to bite hardest.

Will my team be able to run it after you leave?

That is the point. What gets delivered during an engagement matters; what your team can do independently afterwards matters more. I build for handover, and I equip people inside the team to carry it on.

How is your training different from what we have tried?

Most training shows a room what AI can do, then everyone goes back to how they always worked. Mine starts from your actual tasks, so what people learn on day one, they use on day two.

What does a first call involve?

A straightforward conversation about how the work moves and where it is costing you. No deck, no pitch. By the end we both know whether there is something worth doing together.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Named work on this site is shared with permission. Sensitive engagements stay unnamed, and I am happy to work under an NDA. The proof points exist; the discretion is part of the service.
