Chofski Consulting
Creative operations & AI

Your process probably works. It just relies too heavily on people to hold it together.

I find where that happens. Sometimes the fix is structural. Sometimes it's AI. Usually it's both, in the right order.

The gap

Something isn't quite right. You can feel it.

The work gets done. The clients are mostly happy. The team is capable. But it takes more effort than it should. Decisions get made twice. Senior people hold knowledge that should live somewhere everyone can reach.

You may have already tried the training. The room was energised. Then everyone went back to doing what they have always done, because the training showed them what AI could do, not how it fits the specific way their team works.

The problem is rarely speed or headcount. Introduce AI before you have looked at the process, and the friction just moves somewhere new.

Two ways forward

Do you want it fixed, or do you want to learn to do it yourself?

Path one

Fix it with me.

You would rather someone came in and sorted it properly than tried another tool or another training day. I look at what you do, how you do it, and where it is costing you. Then I build the fix for that specific thing. Structural first. AI where it helps.

Learn to do it yourself.

Most AI training starts with the tools. My open training starts with your work: the tasks that eat your time, the reports nobody enjoys writing. The tools come second. What you learn on day one, you use on day two.

What people say
Working with her shifts the conversation from "What is possible?" to "What is practical, and where do we start?" That balance of vision and pragmatism is rare. She makes teams feel capable rather than intimidated, and inspired rather than overwhelmed. Her expertise in AI is not just technical, it is deeply contextual. And that makes all the difference.

Tabitha is an absolute wealth of knowledge, an oracle if you will, when it comes to AI and finding ways it can help and enhance. She has helped me understand the nuance of working through workflow issues with an AI lens to help unlock and find the right solution, supporting and alleviating, not replacing. Having a super friendly face on your side that has done the deep digging and research, and really understands, has been so helpful for me.
